Research Design and Data Analysis

Most educational organizations possess existing data, that in the hands of a skilled statistician or data visualization expert, can reveal indications of how programs are successful on a variety of outcomes. Even more effective are carefully designed studies that allow conclusions to be drawn to show the causal effect of the program on targeted outcomes. We possess the capability to build advanced data models and analyses, including different ways to analyze data to better understand the effects. 

If your company has developed an educational product, curriculum, or other intervention, our staff can design research studies to help you better understand the causal effect of your intervention to help students. In fact, with cooperative school partners, we can design studies that can provide evidence of effectiveness acceptable by the Institute for Education Science's What Works Clearinghouse. Our associates are trained to design such studies by the Institute for Policy Research, and are certified peer reviewers for IES.
